We developed the ENHA RADIUS in collaboration with our colleagues at 4TEC Engineering. It was designed to be simpler and more modern than the outdated Rockman, while still being clearly recognizable as an industrial safety helmet and serving as a link to a new generation of helmets. The result is one of the lightest yet most powerful industrial safety helmets in accordance with DIN EN397.

On 4TEC's own test rig, we tested competitor helmets for impact and penetration in accordance with DIN EN 397 and carried out FEM simulations to optimize the protective function, wall thicknesses, and weight.

In addition, we jointly designed and developed the new ratchet. It is lightweight and comfortable to use, and can be operated intuitively.
