As a variant of the RADIUS helmet with an all-round brim, the RADIUS FULL BRIM was developed in close collaboration with 4TEC Engineering in an exceptionally short time.

Like the original RADIUS, it is among the lightest yet most powerful industrial safety helmets compliant with DIN EN 397. The extended brim provides 360-degree protection against falling objects and weather elements – ensuring enhanced safety without compromising visibility or comfort.

The project highlights how we at Schuler Produktdesign, together with 4TEC Engineering, combine smart design and engineering to create products that are aesthetically refined, functionally optimized, and ready for production.
